No previous martial arts experience necessary. An education degree or previous similar work experience is preferred, but not necessary.

An intermediate level of martial arts experience is a plus but not necessary for this position. An education degree or previous similar work experience is also a plus.

An intermediate level of experience in Taekwondo is necessary for this position. An education degree or previous similar work experience is a plus.

 

FEAR KNOT Instructors Must:

  • Reflect the highest possible standards of appearance, professionalism and 
    ethical and moral behavior both within the school and when in public at any time.
  • Teach classes in a fun and enjoyable manner while achieving the goal of the class.
  • Be able to empathize with each student's struggles and encourage them to put forth their best effort.
  • Understand the developmental needs of each age group and adjust their teaching strategies accordingly.

The admissions/student manager is a customer service position that requires a pleasant disposition, friendly personality and the ability to:

  • Greet every client immediately.
  • Contribute to the success of the total team.
  • Exhibit a positive approach to work every day.
  • Determine each client's needs and satisfy them.
  • Provide true and accurate information to clients.
  • Suggest retail items that are appropriate for each client.
