With a B.S. in Broadcast
Communications and a minor in psychology, Master Wilkes has an extensive
sales and managerial background. As the Major Account Representative to
the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania with IKON Office Solutions, he was the
Major Account Rep. of the Year in 1998. A member of the National
Association of Professional Martial Artists, Master Wilkes is a published author, speaker and
the Pennsylvania School Support Network Representative. Since opening
FEAR KNOT in 1998, his goal has been to expose as many as possible to the
life-changing benefits of martial arts training.

Denise joined FEAR KNOT after spending 20 years with
Piercing Pagoda and Zales Corporation. Originally a part-time, seasonal
employee with P.P., she earned every major sales and
managerial award offered by Piercing Pagoda on her way to her regional
director's position. Denise was responsible for 125 stores in 5 states and
more than 750 employees. She enjoys being with FEAR KNOT because of
the members and the family atmosphere in the schools. Denise is an avid
scrapbooker and enjoys spending time with the grandchildren. Denise and
Keith met when she joined the Elizabethtown school in 2002.

A full-time instructor, Greg joined FEAR KNOT in 2007 after studying Taekwondo in the area for
several years. Greg says its exciting to have the opportunity to help our
younger students along in their martial arts journey. Having a life-long
passion for the martial arts and the ultimate goal to become a
professional instructor, this is “his thing.”

A graduate of Elizabethtown Area High School, Andy first joined FEAR
KNOT when he was 8 years old and began teaching when he was 14. A
recent graduate of the police academy in Philadelphia, Andy returned to
Elizabethtown and rejoined the FEAR KNOT staff.

Michael Sigman, 1st Dan

A produce manager at Giant, Mike began his martial arts training in
1997 and earned
his blackbelt in 1999. Joining FEAR KNOT in 2006, he enjoys studying the philosophical aspects of
the martial arts. Mike's greatest satisfaction in teaching is passing his
knowledge down to his students. He is an avid outdoorsman.

Jess Graybill, 1st Dan

With an Associate of Science from Western International
University, Jess splits her time home-schooling her daughter and
teaching our students. Jess decided to begin training and teaching in
2007 after watching her daughter prosper in FEAR KNOT's Little Ninjas
and Karate Kidz programs. She says she really enjoys playing and
watching the kids develop. Besides teaching her daughter, Jess does some
arts and crafts, spends time with the family and practices yoga.

Sidney McKinney, 1st Dan

Having relocated to Elizabethtown from New York,
Sidney brings a Taekwondo, Tang Soo Do background to FEAR KNOT. Having
previously taught martial arts at a recreation center in the Garden
State, he teaches martial arts for the joy of it. Other than his love
for the arts, Sidney enjoys music and movies.

A junior at Mechanicsburg Area High School, Keisha
joined FEAR KNOT after watching her little brother's Karate Kidz
classes because she thought it would be a wonderful experience. She enjoys
her position here because she gets to interact with the parents and
students. When she's not schmoosing with the members, Keisha likes
hunting and fishing along with 4-wheeling.

Chris Wood,

As a sophomore at Elizabethtown Area High
School, Chris decided he wanted to become an instructor because he likes
working with kids and its also a good life experience. He especially wants
to pass on his passion for martial arts on to FEAR KNOT's students. Chris'
interests include playing guitar, skateboarding and spending time with his
friends.

With a Masters in Education, a B.S. in
Criminology and a Certificate in Math, Biology and Special Education, Andy
is the perfect fit for our youth development programs. He joined FEAR
KNOT's instructor staff after enrolling his daughter at our Mechanicsburg
school. As an educator, he says our child-focused curriculum makes ours a
totally unique program. When he's not at the school, Andy likes to fish,
play volleyball and shoot wildlife (take pictures).
