With a base style of Taekwondo, FEAR KNOT’s youth program is structured using the same ideals as the younger developmental programs. This age group (10 - 12) has different emotions along with different learning and physical capabilities than teens and adults. With that in mind, we have designed a program of traditional martial arts that fits those abilities. They’ll learn the basics of self defense in a fun and nurturing environment.
