Martial Arts

Youth Developmental Programs Instructor - Little Ninjas Youth Developmental Programs Instructor - Karate Kidz Youth & Adult 
Martial Arts Instructor
No previous martial arts experience necessary. An education degree or 
previous similar work experience is 
preferred but not necessary. 		An intermediate level of martial arts experience is necessary for this position. 
An education degree or previous similar work experience is a plus. 		An intermediate level of experience in Taekwondo is necessary for this position.
An education degree or previous similar 
work experience is a plus.
 

FEAR KNOT Instructors Must:

  • Reflect the highest possible standards of appearance, professionalism and 
    ethical and moral behavior both within the school and when in public at any time.

  • Teach classes in a fun and enjoyable manner while achieving the goal of the class.

  • Be able to empathize with each student's struggles and encourage them to put forth their best effort.

  • Understand the developmental needs of each age group and adjust their teaching strategies accordingly.

 

Fitness

Fitness Kickboxing

Previous aerobic experience preferred but not necessary.


Administration

The admissions/student manager is a customer service position that 
requires a pleasant disposition, friendly personality and the ability to: 

  • Greet every client immediately.

  • Contribute to the success of the total team.

  • Exhibit a positive approach to work every day.

  • Determine each client's needs and satisfy them.

  • Provide true and accurate information to clients.

  • Suggest retail items that are appropriate for each client.

Our school is a member of the 
National Association of Professional Martial Artists.

 

 FEAR KNOT is a member of the Inner Circle , 
a group of the top 20 school owners in the
National Association of Professional Martial Artists
that are dedicated to excellence in school operations.
   
Master Keith Wilkes was named as the 
NAPMA School Support Network Representative 
for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in 2003.
The NSSN provides school operations advice 
and mentorship to NAPMA members.		 Master Keith Wilkes received Instructor Certification by
The American Council on Martial Arts in June, 2000.
